Return & Refund Policy

The Company does not accept returns or refunds on any giveaway (pay for shipping only) products once the product is delivered to the carrier. If a product offered on the Company Sites is not as described, you may return the item, as specified in the Terms of Purchase.

Returns

We offer a 1-week exchange from the delivery date. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs charges (import duties or taxes) on returns.
  • All return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping or obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot process refunds or exchanges for lost returns.

Items returned after the 30-day window will be sent back to the customer.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

To request an exchange or refund, please review our Refund Policy and follow the steps outlined. Ensure the following criteria are met:

  • Items must be unworn (except for trying them on).
  • All tags and original packaging must be included.

Items not meeting these conditions are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Selena Fashion will cover the cost of the first exchange. Additional exchanges will incur shipping fees.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the items are received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days from the delivery date for the refund process to be completed. A confirmation will be sent once the refund is issued.

Additional Costs

Selena is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes on returned items. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. To avoid issues, we recommend using tracked shipping or obtaining proof of postage.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, contact us at contact info@selenafashion.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the damaged item.
