Cancellation policy

CAN I CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER?

YES, you can cancel or modify your order within the day of receiving the order confirmation.

However, if your order was already process within a minimum of 2 days of package handling and transport to the shipping distributor, we can no longer manage to cancel/change your order.

NOTE: We have a cancellation fee of £8 for customized package and item restocking.
